Shipping Policy

We are using flat rate USPS priority shipping for all orders (which includes free tracking), as this is the most economical option we can offer to our customers.

Please be aware that we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship to the US Virgin Island and Puerto Rico, as well as, Canada. 

We reserve the right to deny and/or cancel any order that we deem to be suspicious and that does not include a verifiable full name and home address. A hotel address does not constitute a verifiable address and will likely be canceled. 

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed.  The only exception to our standard shipping policy is if you pay with Paypal e-check. Since the payment with Paypal e-check is not immediately dispursed to us, shipping will occur once we have received payment from Paypal. This can take 3 to 5 days. We will ship as soon as payment is received from Paypal. This delay is primarily with Paypal e-check as we have not had issues with other forms of Paypal payments. Please note that our shipping policy does not include Holidays or weekends. Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday only. 

At this time we only ship by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority flat rate only for the US and it's territories. For Canada shipments we offer the option of 1st class or Flat Rate.

We do not offer any type of Rush, Overnight or Express shipping for our products.  It is simply not a cost effective method of shipment for our products. No exception.

Returns

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. 

All returned disks must be unused, and shipped in a box to avoid damage.

You must contact us for a return authorization before sending back any items.  Any returns made without authorization will not be accepted or refunded. 

We will either refund the cost of the items ordered or send you a new replacement item.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.  Shipping and handling will not be refunded. 

We allow a one-time per customer return of disks to exchange for size. There are many presses out there with many models, so if you have a problem with your first order of disks not fitting properly, contact us to authorize a return and we will send a new size. We want you to be happy with your disks!
